Within a period of 14 calendar days after receiving your online order, you can return it as a private individual without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, contact us and we will provide you with a return number.

Purchases made in our showroom or in the name of a company are not covered by the right of return.

The shipping costs for delivering your order may be refunded in the context of a return under the right of return. However, please note that only the costs of the cheapest possible shipping option will be refunded.

The return shipment is the responsibility and risk of the customer. This means you must provide secure packaging, and the transport costs incurred are at your expense, even in the case of refusal at the door.

In case of a full or partial refund, it will be processed within 14 calendar days after we have received the return shipment. The refund will be made using the same method that was used for payment, within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned product.

Attention! Not all products can be returned. Depending on the condition of the product, it is possible that not the full amount will be refunded.
